She would like to be as sophisticated as her name, to exemplify elegance and smooth, effortless movement, but Gracie, the little misnamed Schnauzer, is a klutz. The kind of gal who guffaws, she likes raunchy jokes -- the bawdier the better --and her tastes are simple: she prefers beer to champagne, nachos to foie gras. Though she’ll never glide across the room like a ballerina, she can make you grin from ear to ear with her down-to-earth, good-natured appeal. Gracie is twenty-two inches wide by seventeen inches high.
